Rukiye GÜLERCE​

MANAGER

She completed a PhD in 2024 in the Department of Public Law at Dicle University. Her dissertation is titled Temporary Protection Status in International Migration Law in the Context of Human Rights. She works as a freelance lawyer and mediator. She has a good command of English and beginner-level Arabic. She is part of the trainer pool of the Turkish National Agency, with areas of expertise including refugee law, human rights, youth work, social cohesion, and social entrepreneurship. She has served as a coordinator in various European Union Erasmus+ projects.

Fatma ALKIŞ

MANAGER ASSISTANT

She is a 2019 graduate of Harran University sociology. She is doing her master’s degree with thesis at the Department of Sociology at Harran University. She works in the fields of migration, social entrepreneurship, women and youth. She actively conducts immigration readings and participates in trainings. She writes and participates in Erasmus+ projects. In 2019, she wrote the Unity is the Force, and in 2021, the Erasmus Youth exchange projects named Ecological Future. She is an intern at Harran University Migration Policies Application and Research Center. She assisted in the Erasmus project named Codes of Harmony and Solidarity through the Eyes of Youth. She received the Social Cohesion and Young Leaders training given by GIZ and carried out a project to strengthen social cohesion. She is among the founders of the Knitting for Hope social enterprise.

Berrin ÇOBAN

She completed her master’s degree in the Department of Sociology at Harran University. The title of her master’s thesis is “Turkish Citizenship from the Perspective of Syrian Refugees.” She conducts academic studies focusing on migration and gender. She also worked as an intern for four years at the Harran University Migration Policies Application and Research Center. She writes and takes part in Erasmus+ projects. In addition, she works as a blog writer and news writer. She has also served as a field coordinator in several significant studies. She has native proficiency in Turkish and Kurdish and a good command of English. She studied in Poland at Opole University through the Erasmus program and stayed there for six months.

Mahmure BAYRAM

HR RESPONSIBLE

Mahmure Nur Bayram graduated from the Department of Social Work at Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa. She completed her master’s degree at the same university with a thesis titled “Strengthening the Social Integration of Syrian Refugee Women through Social Entrepreneurship” and is currently continuing her PhD studies in the same department with a dissertation titled “Examining Women’s Resilience After the Kahramanmaraş Earthquake from a Social Work Perspective: The Case of Adıyaman.”She conducts studies in the fields of women’s empowerment, migration and social cohesion, human rights, social entrepreneurship, post-disaster resilience, and social policy. In addition to having NGO work experience, she has participated in numerous Erasmus+ projects at both national and international levels. She achieved third place in the Techxtile Start-Up Challenge 2021 and received entrepreneurship grant support from MUDEM–Save the Children. She actively takes part in projects on social cohesion and social entrepreneurship carried out under the umbrella of the Social Cohesion and Entrepreneurship Association, contributing to awareness-raising and capacity-building efforts in these areas.

Amir MUSTAFAALHASAN

Amir Mustafaalhasan is a Master’s student in Social Structure and Social Change at Istanbul University. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Harran University and has professional experience in project development and social work. He is currently working as Senior Program Officer at Amal Healing and Advocacy Center and has previously worked with Syrian Bright Future Organization, IOM, SGDD-ASAM and Care International. Amir is also part of the MENA Leadership Academy by Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung, where he focuses on leadership and political dialogue.

Ahmed ELCERAD

BOARD MEMBER

He graduated from Harran University, Department of Nursing and has been volunteering in many associations (International Drop Volunteers Association, TEGV and İnsan İzi International Humanitarian Aid Association). She has a good command of Arabic and Turkish and an intermediate level of English. She has participated in various European Union Erasmus+ projects.

İsmail KIRMIZI

BOARD MEMBER

He graduated from the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department at Harran University. He is currently working as a Production Planning Specialist at a private company. He is one of the fellows of Türkiye’s largest fellowship programs, 23 and S360. He has internship and work experience across many different sectors. In addition, he works on topics such as entrepreneurship, sustainability, art, and technology.
