Sosyal Uyum ve Giri\u015fimcilik Derne\u011finin ilk resmi ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 proje 18-25 ocak tarihleri aras\u0131nda Fuerteventura adas\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. Kanarya Adalar\u0131\u00a0 ev sahipli\u011finde; Yunanistan, Portekiz ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019den kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n oldu\u011fu projede Sosyal Uyum ve Giri\u015fimcilik Derne\u011fi \u00fcyeleri T\u00fcrkiye\u2019yi temsil etti. Yedi g\u00fcn s\u00fcren projede Gastronomi alan\u0131nda yemek ve tatl\u0131 tan\u0131t\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n oldu\u011fu birtak\u0131m faaliyetler ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. Ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen yemek tan\u0131t\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra; birbirinden farkl\u0131 geleneksel tatlar\u0131n sergilendi\u011fi ve yap\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6\u011fretildi\u011fi m\u00fcze gezileri de yap\u0131ld\u0131. Program kapsam\u0131nda gidilen \u201cSalt Museum\u201d adl\u0131 m\u00fczede; do\u011fal yollarla tuz yap\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n nas\u0131l oldu\u011fu kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lara anlat\u0131ld\u0131. Bununla birlikte \u201cGofio Museum\u201d adl\u0131 m\u00fczede ise; Kanarya Adalar\u0131\u2019nda yap\u0131lan Gofio ununun nas\u0131l yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131larla payla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. Program kapsam\u0131nda\u00a0 Kanarya Adalar\u0131na \u00f6zg\u00fc yemek ve tatl\u0131 yap\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 workshop\u2019lar ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. Bununla birlikte Kanarya Adalar\u0131na \u00f6zg\u00fc tand\u0131rlarda ekmek yap\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n anlat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131\u00a0 workshopda kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar birlikte ekmek hamuru yap\u0131p; ekme\u011fi tand\u0131rda pi\u015firme deneyimi de ya\u015fad\u0131. Gastronomi alan\u0131nda yemek ve tatl\u0131 yap\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6\u011fretildi\u011fi workshoplar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra projenin ilk g\u00fcn\u00fc organizasyon tan\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 da yap\u0131ld\u0131. Yap\u0131lan organizasyon tan\u0131t\u0131m\u0131nda; Sosyal Uyum ve Giri\u015fimcilik Derne\u011fi \u00fcyeleri dernek kapsam\u0131nda yap\u0131lan projeleri ve faaliyetleri konu alan bir sunum yapt\u0131. Proje, farkl\u0131 \u00fclkelerin kendi mutfa\u011f\u0131na \u00f6zg\u00fc tatlar\u0131 sergiledi\u011fi k\u00fclt\u00fcr gecesinde YouthPass sertifikalar\u0131n\u0131 alan kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n hat\u0131ra foto\u011fraf\u0131 \u00e7ekmesi ile son buldu.
