Her ay farkl\u0131 bir aktivitenin yer alaca\u011f\u0131 proje, SUGDER&#8217;in g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fcs\u00fc olan yerel ve g\u00f6\u00e7men gen\u00e7lerin kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecektir.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde ya\u015fanan yo\u011fun g\u00f6\u00e7ler, yerel toplumun g\u00f6\u00e7men bireylere kar\u015f\u0131 \u00f6n yarg\u0131lar\u0131, \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve yabanc\u0131 d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 artt\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. Bu projede yer alan gen\u00e7ler, son 12 y\u0131lda T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;ye olan yo\u011fun g\u00f6\u00e7te k\u00fclt\u00fcrler aras\u0131 farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n yerel toplum ve g\u00f6\u00e7men toplumun aras\u0131ndaki toplumsal uyumun sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 takdirde her bir farkl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n asl\u0131nda birer zenginlik oldu\u011funu anlatmay\u0131 ama\u00e7lamaktad\u0131rlar. Bu \u015fekilde toplumlar aras\u0131ndaki \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131na ve daha uyumlu bir ya\u015fam\u0131n in\u015fa edilmesine katk\u0131da bulunmay\u0131 hedeflemektedirler.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">G\u00f6\u00e7 olgusu g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn ve gelece\u011fin en \u00f6nemli ve tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lan konular\u0131ndan biridir. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7, farkl\u0131 co\u011frafyalardan gelen insanlar\u0131n yer de\u011fi\u015ftirmesiyle ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan k\u00fclt\u00fcrel farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 beraberinde getirmektedir. G\u00f6\u00e7 s\u00fcrecinde uyum, yerel toplumun ve g\u00f6\u00e7men toplumun birlikte huzur ve g\u00fcven i\u00e7erisinde kayna\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli bir fakt\u00f6rd\u00fcr.
