Etkinlik kapsam\u0131nda gen\u00e7ler \u00e7e\u015fitli grup dinami\u011fi oyunlar\u0131yla aralar\u0131ndaki ba\u011flar\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirerek sosyal uyum ve dayan\u0131\u015fma kavramlar\u0131 \u00fczerine proje ko\u00e7u y\u00f6netiminde bir s\u00f6yle\u015fi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdiler.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proje koordinat\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz Sosyal Uyum ve Giri\u015fimcilik Derne\u011fi y\u00f6netim kurulu \u00fcyesi Zeynep Karakurt, projeye dair bilgilendirici bir sunum ile projenin amac\u0131n\u0131, neden bir arada bulundu\u011fumuzu, projenin ilerleyen s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin nas\u0131l devam edece\u011fini ve projenin bizlere neler kataca\u011f\u0131na dair detayl\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda bulundu. Bu sayede kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n projeye dair sorular\u0131 yan\u0131tlanm\u0131\u015f oldu. Ayn\u0131 zamanda projeye kat\u0131lan gen\u00e7ler de projeden beklentilerini ifade etme imkan\u0131 buldular.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Promizde ko\u00e7luk g\u00f6revini \u00fcstlenen Harran \u00dcniversitesi G\u00f6\u00e7 Politikalara Uygulama ve Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Merkezi m\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Do\u00e7. Dr. Hakan G\u00fclerce, g\u00f6\u00e7, sosyal uyum ve dayan\u0131\u015fma konular\u0131na dair kavramlar \u00fczerine bir sunum ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi. G\u00f6\u00e7 nedir sorusuyla ba\u015flayan G\u00fclerce, g\u00f6\u00e7 kavram\u0131 ve g\u00f6\u00e7 s\u00fcrecine dair \u00f6nemli bilgilendirmelerde bulundu.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">G\u00f6\u00e7 s\u00fcreci denilen olay farkl\u0131 sebeplerle bir yerden bire gitmeye karar alma an\u0131ndan, geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fe kadar ya\u015fanan s\u00fcre\u00e7tir. Bu noktada da i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fumuz ko\u015fullarda ve \u00fclkemizde g\u00f6\u00e7 devam etmektedir. Ayr\u0131ca g\u00f6\u00e7men halk bu g\u00f6\u00e7 s\u00fcrecinin i\u00e7erisinde oldu\u011fu gibi yerel halkta bu s\u00fcrecin i\u00e7erisindedir. Her iki taraf da g\u00f6\u00e7 s\u00fcrecinin en \u00f6nemli akt\u00f6rleridir. G\u00f6\u00e7men halk farkl\u0131 bir co\u011frafyaya seyahat ettikten sonra ilk olarak farkl\u0131l\u0131klarla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fmaktad\u0131r ve ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde yerel halk da g\u00f6\u00e7menlerle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Yani g\u00f6\u00e7 s\u00fcrecinin as\u0131l hikayesi kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fma ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmektedir. S\u00fcre\u00e7 i\u00e7erisindeki karar alma, yola \u00e7\u0131kma gibi pek \u00e7ok olay tabi ki de \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli etkilere sahip ancak kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fma an\u0131 \u00e7ok daha \u00f6nemli bir etkiye sahip. Bu kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fma anlar\u0131nda bireyler benzerleriyle beraber olmak istiyorlar. Bu durum \u00e7ok normaldir \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc insanlar konfor alan\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kmak istememektedirler. Ancak ne zaman konfro alan\u0131m\u0131zdan \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p farkl\u0131l\u0131klarla temas kurup sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir ileti\u015fimi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirirsek i\u015fte o zaman her a\u00e7\u0131dan g\u00fc\u00e7lenmeye ve zenginle\u015fmeye ba\u015flar\u0131z.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sosyal uyum hakk\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda bulunan G\u00fclerce, projemizin daha sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131, \u00f6tekile\u015ftirmekten uzak ve uyum i\u00e7erisinde ilerleyebilmesi ad\u0131na \u00f6ncelikle projede yer alan gen\u00e7lerin sosyal uyumu yakalamas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemine dikkat \u00e7ekti. G\u00fclerce, Sosyal uyumu ya\u015famadan ba\u015fkalar\u0131na anlatman\u0131n \u00e7ok da bir anlam ifade etmedi\u011finin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ayr\u0131ca g\u00f6\u00e7men halk\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 temel problemlere de\u011finen G\u00fclerce, bu noktada dayan\u0131\u015fman\u0131n \u00f6nemine dikkat \u00e7ekti.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bu projeyle asl\u0131nda bizler k\u00f6pr\u00fcler in\u015fa etmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Bunun da yolu dayan\u0131\u015fmadan ge\u00e7mektedir. Krizlerin i\u00e7erisinde olan bir d\u00fcnyada ancak birbirimize omuz vererek ya\u015famam\u0131z m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bu hayatta ne yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z soruldu\u011funda \u201ckrizler i\u00e7erisindeki d\u00fcnyam\u0131z ve insanl\u0131k i\u00e7in k\u00f6pr\u00fcler in\u015fa ediyorum\u201d diyebilmeliyiz. Ya\u015fananlara kay\u0131ts\u0131z kalmak ve g\u00f6rmezden gelmek \u00e7ok kolayd\u0131r ancak \u201cUmursamaya ve \u00f6nemsemeye cesaret ediyorum!\u201d diyebilmeliyiz. D\u00fcnyan\u0131n her yerinde b\u00fcy\u00fck bir motivasyonla duvarlar in\u015fa edilmekte bug\u00fcn, bizler ise birer k\u00f6pr\u00fc in\u015fac\u0131s\u0131 olarak k\u00f6pr\u00fcler in\u015fa etmeliyiz.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0130nteraktif bir \u015fekilde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen s\u00f6yle\u015fi kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n da katk\u0131lar\u0131yla sonland\u0131. Gen\u00e7ler g\u00fcn\u00fcn sonunda yap\u0131lan geri bildirimlerin ard\u0131ndan hep birlikte yenilen ak\u015fam yeme\u011fi ile ilk etkinli\u011fimizi ba\u015far\u0131yla tamamlam\u0131\u015f
