Derne\u011fimizin \u00fcyesi Eva Davod moderat\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen\u00a0 \u201cDevlet-Birey \u0130li\u015fkileri ve G\u00f6\u00e7menlik\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 seminer de Y\u00f6ney, kendi alan\u0131 olan maliye ve iktisat konular\u0131ndan yola \u00e7\u0131karak kapsaml\u0131 bir \u015fekilde devlet- birey ili\u015fkilerini g\u00f6\u00e7menlik kavram\u0131yla ili\u015fkilendirip a\u00e7\u0131klayarak bizleri bilgilendirmi\u015f oldu. Seminere birey ve devlet ili\u015fkilerinin nas\u0131l olu\u015ftu\u011funu ve geli\u015fti\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131klayarak ba\u015flayan Y\u00f6ney; sosyal devlet, liberal devlet, vergi vermek, oy vermek, siyasal karar alma mekanizmalar\u0131, vatanda\u015fl\u0131k gibi kavramlara de\u011findi.<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0130lerleyen zamanlarda bireylerin devletten beklentileri de\u011fi\u015fti ve refah devleti, sosyal devlet gibi kavramlar ve sistemler girmeye ba\u015flad\u0131 hayat\u0131m\u0131za. Yani bireylerin art\u0131k toplum i\u00e7indeki stat\u00fclerine bakmaya ve temel ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 gidermeye ba\u015flayan duyarl\u0131 bir sistem olu\u015fmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. Bu durumda ya\u015fanan hem toplumsal krizlerin hem de ekonomik krizlerin iktisat literat\u00fcr\u00fcnde de\u011fi\u015fmelerinin etkisiyle olu\u015ftu.\u00a0 Bu noktada da siyasal karar alma mekanizmalar\u0131nda devlet ve birey ili\u015fkileri de\u011fi\u015fme noktas\u0131na geldi.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmi\u015f oldu\u011fu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara de\u011finen Y\u00f6ney, devlet i\u015fleyi\u015finin toplumlara g\u00f6re farkl\u0131l\u0131klara sahip oldu\u011funu belirtti.<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00dclkelerin devletten beklentileri farkl\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6sterebilir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc her \u00fclkenin k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc farkl\u0131d\u0131r ve toplumun k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc mutlaka davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131na da yans\u0131maktad\u0131r.
