E\u011fitim \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131ndan tutun di\u011fer t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda uygulanabilir. Bu anlamda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n gidi\u015fat\u0131 hakk\u0131nda karar vermek noktas\u0131nda \u00f6nemlidir.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u00f6zleri ile sosyal etki y\u00f6netiminin her \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada uygulanabilece\u011finin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izmi\u015ftir. \u015eahin, Seminerin ilerleyen dakikalar\u0131nda sosyal etki y\u00f6netiminin \u00fc\u00e7 a\u015famadan meydana geldi\u011fini bu kapsamda yap\u0131lacak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda bu \u00fc\u00e7 a\u015faman\u0131n s\u0131ras\u0131 ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesinin \u00f6nem arz etti\u011fine de\u011findi:\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cSosyal etki y\u00f6netimi dedi\u011fimiz \u015fey \u00fc\u00e7 a\u015famal\u0131 bir s\u00fcre\u00e7tir asl\u0131nda. Bu kapsamda ilk a\u015fama; fark\u0131ndal\u0131k a\u015famas\u0131d\u0131r. Yani bireyin kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 projeden\/organizasyondan bilgi ve beceri anlam\u0131nda bir fark\u0131ndal\u0131k geli\u015ftirmesidir. Bununla birlikte ikinci a\u015fama; beceriye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrme a\u015famas\u0131d\u0131r. Son a\u015fama da;\u00a0 tutum ve davran\u0131\u015fa d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrme a\u015famas\u0131d\u0131r. Bu kapsamda bireyin elde etti\u011fi bilgi ve beceriler davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fiklikler yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131nda sosyal etki ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015ftir diyebiliriz\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u00f6zleri ile sosyal etkinin ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesinin \u00fc\u00e7 a\u015famaya ba\u011fl\u0131 oldu\u011funu dile getirmi\u015ftir. Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n soru ve yorumlar\u0131 ile interaktif olarak ilerleyen seminer, \u015eahin\u2019in dernek ve di\u011fer organizasyonlar i\u00e7in de sosyal etki y\u00f6netiminin uygulanabilece\u011fini s\u00f6ylemesi ile devam etti. Bu kapsamda \u015eahin dernek ve projeler i\u00e7in yap\u0131lacak sosyal etki analizlerinde dikkat edilmesi gereken hususlar\u0131 \u015fu s\u00f6zlerle a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131:\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c\u0130lk olarak bizim vizyonumuz ne? sorusunu sormal\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z. Yani vizyonunuzun ne oldu\u011fu \u00fczerine d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeniz gerekir. Devam\u0131nda ise vizyona ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in ne yap\u0131labilir? \u015feklinde elinizde var olan imkanlar\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmeli, neye ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131z oldu\u011funu saptamal\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z.
