Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n yo\u011fun ilgi g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi seminerde, Suriye\u2019ye geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f s\u00fcrecinin hukuki dayanaklar\u0131, g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fcl\u00fck esas\u0131na dayanan d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f uygulamalar\u0131, hak ve y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckler anlat\u0131ld\u0131.
