Proje fikri, ekipteki \u00fcyelerin birlikte kat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu \u201cS\u0131\u011f\u0131nmac\u0131 Gen\u00e7lerin Sosyal Giri\u015fimcilik Yoluyla Dahil Edilmesi\u201d Erasmus+ projesi kapsam\u0131nda ald\u0131klar\u0131 e\u011fitim ile filizlendi. Gen\u00e7ler e\u011fitimler s\u0131ras\u0131nda geli\u015ftirilen giri\u015fim fikirleri ile \u201cToplumda sosyal fayda nas\u0131l sa\u011flayabiliriz?\u201d diyerek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131lar\u0131na ba\u015flad\u0131lar. Sosyal giri\u015fimcilik projemizi geli\u015ftirirken \u00f6zellikle \u00fczerinde durdu\u011fumuz bir\u00e7ok \u00f6nemli unsur oldu. Sadece kad\u0131nlardan olu\u015fan ekibimiz ile bir fark\u0131ndal\u0131k olu\u015fturmak ve g\u00f6\u00e7men ve yereldeki kad\u0131nlar ile birlikte \u00e7al\u0131\u015farak projemizin sosyal y\u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc olu\u015fturmay\u0131 hedefliyorduk. B\u00f6ylelikle yerel halk ve g\u00f6\u00e7men halk\u0131n birbirini daha yak\u0131ndan tan\u0131ma, birlikte yeni \u015feyler \u00fcreterek ayn\u0131 zamanda sosyal uyuma katk\u0131 sa\u011flamay\u0131 hedefleyerek yola koyulduk. Daha sonra g\u00f6\u00e7men ve yerel halktan kad\u0131nlar evlerinde nas\u0131l istihdam edilebilir ve birlikte nas\u0131l sosyal uyumu yakalayabiliriz diye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrken, amigurumi oyuncak, makrome \u00e7anta, anahtarl\u0131k, kitap ayrac\u0131 ve kitapl\u0131k aksesuarlar\u0131 tasarlama ve \u00fcretme fikri \u00fczerine yo\u011funla\u015ft\u0131k. Kad\u0131nlara hem ekonomik anlamda istihdam alan\u0131 olu\u015fturup hem de birlikte ya\u015fama uyum s\u00fcrecinde pozitif etkile\u015fim sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z sosyal giri\u015fimcilik fikrimiz ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131za ba\u015flad\u0131k. Bu fikir do\u011frultusunda daha \u00f6nce \u00e7e\u015fitli projelerle bir araya geldi\u011fimiz g\u00f6\u00e7men kad\u0131nlar ile birlikte yola \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131k. Onlardan ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z olumlu geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fler her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn motivasyonumuzu art\u0131r\u0131yor ve her g\u00fcn yeni deneyimler ediniyoruz. \u015eu ana kadar \u00fc\u00e7 ayr\u0131 amigurumi \u00f6rme e\u011fitimi d\u00fczenleyerek her e\u011fitim d\u00f6neminde ekibimize yeni \u00fcyeler dahil ettik. E\u011fitim s\u00fcrecinde bekledi\u011fimizden h\u0131zl\u0131 bir kayna\u015fma ile hem birbirimizi daha yak\u0131ndan tan\u0131ma f\u0131rsat\u0131 yakalad\u0131k hem de \u00fcretimlerimiz art\u0131rd\u0131k. Projemize ilk ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda ekibimiz, y\u00f6netim ekibi dahil 11 ki\u015fi iken \u015fu anda proje kapsam\u0131nda 40 g\u00f6\u00e7men ve yerel kad\u0131n ile birlikte \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. \u00dcretilen amigurumi oyuncaklar hem yurti\u00e7inde hem yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131nda al\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131 ile bulu\u015fuyor. \u015eu ana kadar \u0130talya, Portekiz, Amerika, Kanarya Adalar\u0131 ve Suriye gibi \u00e7e\u015fitli \u00fclkelere oyuncaklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 g\u00f6nderdik. Ayr\u0131ca sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 yap\u0131lan oyuncaklar kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda imkan\u0131 k\u0131s\u0131tl\u0131 \u00e7ocuklara amigurumi oyuncak hediye ediyoruz. B\u00f6ylelikle bir yandan kad\u0131nlar\u0131n hayatlar\u0131na dokunarak ekonomik anlamda ailelerine destek olmalar\u0131na yard\u0131mc\u0131 oluyor, di\u011fer taraftan ise imkan\u0131 k\u0131s\u0131tl\u0131 \u00e7ocuklara ula\u015farak hediye etti\u011fimiz oyuncaklar ile y\u00fczlerinde bir g\u00fcl\u00fcmsemeye vesile oluyor.
